Quick and Secure Login

Quick and Secure Login

With My Sports Calendar, you can quickly access your personalized training world using only your phone number. Avoid complex registration forms, long passwords, or extra verification processes; directly access the programs your trainer has defined for you.

The system uniquely identifies each user and stores all training data individually. Every set you do, every weight you use, and every workout you complete is securely stored in your account. This structure also allows your trainer to track your progress in real time and update your programs according to your needs.

The aim of this screen is to make the login process as simple, fast, and seamless as possible, maintaining motivation from the very beginning. The application takes you directly to your goal – your training – as soon as it opens.
Personal Training Programs

Personal Training Programs

On this screen, the user views all training programs specifically defined for them by their trainer in a single panel. Programs are listed organized by day and muscle group; this allows the athlete to clearly see which area to work on which day and mentally organize their training plan in advance.

Each program title is expandable. The user can expand the relevant title to access details and focus only on that day's workout, while other programs remain in the background. This approach reduces visual clutter and allows the athlete to progress without distraction.

This screen also plays a critical role in maintaining the athlete's discipline. Seeing the entire weekly plan at a glance increases training consistency and completely eliminates uncertainties such as "what was I supposed to work on today?". Every update made by the trainer is automatically reflected to the athlete, and everyone progresses with the same program.

This panel is the backbone of the system: the athlete's entire roadmap begins here.
Detailed Exercise Tracking

Detailed Exercise Tracking

On this screen, the athlete views all the exercises for their chosen training day in detail. For each exercise, the number of sets, repetitions, last used weight, and execution type (normal, dropset, etc.) are clearly listed. This allows the athlete to instantly see their past training performance and clarify their goals for today.

Thanks to the "Add" field under each exercise, the athlete can record their sets individually in the system. The entered weights and repetitions are automatically stored in memory, allowing for comparison in the next training session. This structure allows the athlete to track their progress entirely through concrete data; it offers progress based on real performance, not guesswork.

The "Graph" feature also allows visualization of the change in each exercise over time. The athlete can analyze which movements they are strengthening and where they are struggling through clear graphs. This both increases motivation and enables conscious training.

The most important advantage of this screen is that it completely eliminates traditional notebook or note-taking methods. All data is stored digitally, organized, and accessible at any time. The athlete focuses solely on their training; the system takes over the burden of calculation, remembering, and recording.
Training Data Entry

Training Data Entry

On this screen, the athlete quickly and practically records all performance information related to their exercise in a single form. Information such as date, number of sets, repetitions, and weight used are presented in separate fields, preventing confusion and standardizing data entry. Thus, each record becomes a comparable and analyzable structure within the system.

Thanks to the notes section, the athlete can add short but important details about that workout. For example, personal feedback such as "I struggled in the last set," "my form broke," or "the weight felt easy" provides extremely valuable insights in future analyses. This makes it possible to track not only quantitative but also qualitative progress.

Every recorded data point is automatically added to the exercise's history and instantly becomes visible in graphs. Thus, when the athlete comes to their next workout, they can clearly see their previous performance and consciously set their goals. This screen is the most critical point that transforms the application from a simple program list into a true "personal sports diary."
Progress Charts and Smart Analysis

Progress Charts and Smart Analysis

On this screen, the athlete can review all their past performance data for each exercise in detail through visual graphs. Weight, set, and repetition information are displayed side-by-side on a timeline, allowing for direct comparison of each workout with the previous one. This clearly demonstrates the progress made, not just through intuition, but through concrete data.

Below the graphs, weekly and monthly analysis areas provide performance summaries automatically generated by the system. Metrics such as total volume, total load, and training intensity allow the athlete to evaluate not only individual exercises but also their overall training level. This data clearly shows when the athlete performed more efficiently and when performance declined.

These analyses also serve as a powerful decision-making support mechanism for the trainer. Critical decisions, such as whether the program is too demanding, whether the volume needs to be increased, or whether the rest period needs to be extended, can be made based directly on the statistics provided by the system, not on guesswork.

This screen transforms the application from a classic "record-keeping tool" into a truly data-driven performance management system.
All Training Records in One List

All Training Records in One List

On this screen, the athlete displays all past set records for the selected exercise in chronological order. Each row clearly shows the date, set number, number of repetitions, and weight used. This allows the athlete to clearly and readably review their performance history without needing any charts.

The list view offers a critical function, especially for users who want to perform detailed checks. The number of sets completed on each day, any set drops, or significant increases on specific dates can be analyzed directly on a row-by-row basis. This structure also makes it extremely easy for trainers to provide retrospective technical feedback to the athlete.

Furthermore, thanks to the delete feature next to each record, incorrectly entered data can be corrected instantly. Thus, all statistics kept in the system consist of clean, reliable data reflecting true performance. This screen is the "archive" layer of the digital sports log and ensures the data integrity of the application.
Motion-guided video support

Motion-guided video support

On this screen, the athlete can watch a video directly within the app demonstrating how to perform their chosen exercise with correct form. Thanks to integrated video content specific to each exercise, the starting position, execution angle, and finishing point of the movement can be clearly seen without needing to switch to a separate platform.

This feature provides a critical advantage, especially for beginner athletes. It reduces the risk of injury due to incorrect form and ensures that the movement truly focuses on the target muscle group. Advanced athletes can also improve their performance by checking their form.

The video guide transfers the instructor's explanation to a digital format. The instructor doesn't have to explain each movement individually; the athlete can open and watch the relevant exercise whenever needed, learning independently. This saves time and standardizes the quality of training.

This screen transforms the application from just a "recording system" into a digital trainer.
Which muscles are working? See it instantly.

Which muscles are working? See it instantly.

On this screen, the athlete sees the effect of their chosen exercise on the human body in detail via an interactive muscle map. The main muscle groups worked (primary), supporting muscles (secondary), and stabilizing muscles are presented with different color tones. This allows the athlete to clearly understand the function of the exercise, not just by its "name," but also by its biomechanical effects.

Thanks to the visual structure, abstract muscle names become concrete. For example, when the "Stiff Arm Down" exercise is selected, how the latissimus dorsi (lats), rear shoulder, biceps, and core are engaged is directly indicated on the body diagram. This makes a significant difference, especially for users who want to train consciously. Instead of simply saying "I'm pulling," the athlete becomes aware of "I'm working this muscle at this angle."

This screen is also used for balance control when designing a program. The user can instantly see which muscle groups they are overworking and underworking in their weekly plan. For example, it's immediately clear that while the back and arms are being worked intensely, the legs or core are being neglected. This reduces the risk of injury and ensures more balanced physical development in the long term.

This module transforms the application from a simple "set-repetition tracking tool" into a truly educational sports platform. The user not only sees their data but also learns the anatomical implications of their workout. This level of awareness is a characteristic seen in professional sports applications and directly gives the product a premium feel.
Profile Information and Training Preferences

Profile Information and Training Preferences

On this screen, the user defines basic profile information to be used within the application on a one-time basis. Name, surname, height, weight, muscle, fat, and bone values ??are manually entered into the system and stored as profile information. Currently, this data is not converted into periodic tracking or graphical progress analysis; it is only used as reference information representing the user's current physical condition.

The rest time field is an active setting that directly affects the training experience within the application. The second value set by the user represents the standard rest time to be used between sets and is used throughout the entire training flow. This allows the user to experience a workout at their own pace without having to repeatedly adjust the time in each workout.

The main purpose of this screen is to allow the user to use the application through their "own" profile. In other words, this is not an analysis panel, but a center for personal settings and reference information. If progress tracking or graphical infrastructure is added in the future, this screen provides a ready foundation to serve as a data source for those systems.
